The Beginning of Our Story

Piero’s has been a Las Vegas staple of Italian cuisine for over 42 years  Founded by Freddie Glusman in 1982, this once local hangout near Downtown Las Vegas has flourished into a cherished destination near the Las Vegas  Convention Center. The restaurant attracts not only celebrities and politicians but also discerning tourists and locals alike. Our prime location makes it easily accessible from major hotels like the Wynn, Resorts World and The Venetian Resort.
Today, Piero’s upholds its tradition of extraordinary Italian food and exceptional service. Featuring modern and signature dishes that have remained  favorites since our inception, Piero’s is a true taste of Old School Vegas luxury.  The restaurant has garnered numerous awards for its Italian cuisine and  seafood, offering a vast wine selection and specialty cocktails.

  • We have an entire room and restaurant section dedicated to the late, great Jerry Tarkanian who coached the UNLV Runnin Rebels in their golden years.
