Throughout the years, our Executive Chef Gilbert Fetaz has made sure to keep it consistently tasty and its popularity is proof. The Scaloppine Milanese has been on Piero’s menu for the last 30 years and it’s requested daily! It is accompanied by a side of vegetables and mashed potatoes.
