Fine Italian Dining Meets
Old-School Vegas

Piero’s Italian Cuisine is a treasured Las Vegas staple. Our story begins in the early 1980’s as a place where celebrities and public figures gathered for great food and company.

Today, Piero’s still has a polished “old school Italian” vibe where fine dining and service are at the forefront of the customer experience.

ABOUT PIERO'S ITALIAN CUISINE

1982

THE BEGINNING OF THE PIERO’S STORY

Piero’s is known for fabulous cuisine, its unique atmosphere, and five-star service.  Our story has been crafted from 40 years of operation in a city that constantly grows and evolves.

The restaurant was formed by owner and esteemed host, Freddie Glusman.  He opened the Italian restaurant on Karen Ave near Downtown Las Vegas in 1982.  Piero’s quickly became a hangout for Las Vegas locals, politicians, celebrities (like the Rat Pack) and even notorious mobsters.

Piero’s Italian Cuisine moved to its current location across the street from the Las Vegas Convention Center in 1987.   Today, Piero’s is an off-the-strip restaurant that is within walking distance from major hotels like the Wynn, Caesar’s Palace, and The Venetian Resort.

Piero’s continues its founding traditions: family, extraordinary food, amazing service, and a bustling environment.  This is why so many locals, celebrities, and tourists continue to fill up the restaurant nightly.

The menu still has most of its signature dishes from its inception in 1982 as well!  We continue to receive annual awards for our great tasting Italian food and seafood.  In addition, Piero’s is nationally recognized for its five star service, under the operation of Freddie and son, Evan Glusman.

The restaurant venue is licensed for 345 seats and has six separate dining rooms for private and special events.  Enjoy specialty cocktails and one of the city’s largest wine collections for your next meal.  The venue is perfect for parties and accommodates guests seeking more private dining experiences.

Piero’s Notable Guests

Early in its founding, Piero’s served as a meeting place for local casino owners, executives, mobsters, celebrities and colorful Las Vegas locals.

As a dining hot spot rivaling the best of the Strip, guests of Piero’s are still treated to a perfect atmosphere; be it business or pleasure.  We’re also an ideal locale for celebrity watching while enjoying amazing signature Italian dishes and classic cocktails.

Piero’s has a long and impressive list of regulars and guests including: George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Blake Shelton, Carrie Underwood, and Justin Timberlake.  Las Vegas regulars include the Las Vegas Golden Knights, the Las Vegas Raiders (& owner Mark Davis), Mike Tyson, Dana White, and Steve Lawrence.

A portion of the movie Casino, starring Robert DeNiro, was filmed at Piero’s Italian Cuisine.
