Evan shares childhood holiday memories at Piero’s blog

We have so many great holiday memories at Piero’s! I still remember when Piero’s was located within a smaller venue that allowed us to serve 130 customers at a time.

My mom would come in and decorate the restaurant for Christmas. She would arrange the Christmas tree and create decorations of small characters with cookie dough. I have to say I’m proud of my mom for her great artistic skills.

In mid-December, we’d have a Piero’s brunch and make banana foster. When that happened, the fire alarm would go off because of all the smoke!

Our New Year’s Eve celebration has always been fun and our staff arrives in the morning to help us decorate. As kids, my brother and I would crawl up the roof to enjoy the fireworks from the strip at midnight. After enjoying the view, we would sneak back down.

A new year is about to begin and I’d like to wish you all a wonderful 2015 filled with health, love and prosperity. Always remember to enjoy and appreciate your family and loved ones!
