Summertime is here and that means the return of some of our seasonal dishes! One of them, of course, is our Almond Crusted Fresh Alaskan Halibut. This is one of our most popular summertime requests at Piero’s.
This dish has been on the menu for approximately 20 years. And thanks to our Executive Chef Gilbert Fetaz, it has remained a consistent staple.

Here are some of the ingredients included:
· Mashed potatoes
· Red wine sauce
· Olive oil
Our halibut entree is available from May until October so try it next time you come to Piero’s. I am sure it’ll become one of your favorites!
