THE PIERO’S STORY

Family has been an essential ingredient of Piero’s Italian Cuisine. It’s why our customers appreciate Piero’s as one of the best Italian restaurants in Las Vegas.

Founded by Freddie Glusman, Piero’s Italian Cuisine has been a family-owned and operated since 1982.  Today, we continue to thrive with managing partner, Evan Glusman, who keeps the roots of the restaurant relevant 39 years later.

As we continue to  serve the Vegas community during COVID-19 , we invite you to bring the most complimentary ingredients to your Piero’s dining experience: your family and friends to our safe restaurant environment.

PRIVATE CHEF & CATERING

Piero’s Italian Cuisine is a special off-the-strip Italian restaurant and we are working to do more during the COVID-19 outbreak.  This means we’re looking to bring the Piero’s experience outside of our doors. and into yours.

So, stay tuned as we work to enhance private dining, catering, and personal chef services to our customers in the Las Vegas area.

Visit Our Sister Restaurant Table 34

Located near Harry Reid International Airport off of Warms Springs Rd, Table 34 has proudly served Las Vegas residents for over 20 years. Table 34 specializes in gourmet American comfort food.  Evan Glusman and Constantin Alexander took over operations in 2022 and have elevated the restaurant with a revamped menu for lunch and dinner. Be sure to check out Table 34’s new happy menu and join us for lunch or dinner sometime.
